Job summary

Bandana’s Bar-B-Q in Troy, MO is seeking a Full-Service Restaurant Manager with at least two years of experience to lead a dedicated hospitality team and oversee daily operations. Qualifications

• Two years of experience as a Restaurant Manager.
• Experience in all areas of restaurant operations, management, and administration.
• ServSafe certification and a valid driver's license.
• Basic computer skills, motivational skills, listening skills, effective coaching, leadership, and communication.
• Ability to read, write, and perform mathematical calculations (high school).

Responsibilities

• Oversee unit operations across food production, guest satisfaction, sanitation, admin, HR, and training.
• Lead shifts in GM/AGM/Kitchen Manager absence to ensure service quality.
• Ensure compliance with ServSafe, safety policies, and company guidelines.
• Train, develop, and evaluate staff; participate in weekly management meetings.
