Bandana's Bar-B-Q is seeking an experienced Full-Service Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and train a strong team in a fast-paced environment.

You will supervise food production, sanitation, and administration, participate in recruiting, coaching, and performance reviews, and uphold company standards for service, safety, and hospitality across shifts in Collinsville, Illinois.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in all operating areas.
• ServSafe certification and a valid driver's license.
• Strong guest service, sanitation, and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee menu item preparation to recipe and presentation standards.
• Lead shifts and ensure guest satisfaction and high guest counts.
• Maintain sanitation and safety per Health Department and company policies.
• Handle daily paperwork, cash controls, and inventory.
• Recruitment support and staffing management.
• Ensure training is delivered and track performance and reviews.
