Bandana’s Bar-B-Q in Missouri seeks an experienced Full-Service Restaurant Manager to lead operations, ensure guest satisfaction and uphold sanitation and safety standards.

You will supervise food production, training, and administration, with a focus on creating a hospitable environment and mentoring your team. A 4-week training program is conducted in St. Louis and emphasizes guest experience and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in all areas of operations.
• ServSafe certification and a valid driver’s license.
• Basic computer skills, motivational skills, listening skills, effective coaching, leadership, and communication.
• Ability to read, write, and perform mathematical calculations typically obtained through high school.

Responsibilities

• Oversee food production ensuring items follow recipes and presentation standards.
• Enhance guest satisfaction by delivering a clean, friendly dining experience and handling guest feedback.
• Maintain sanitation and safety per Health Department and company policies; ensure OSHA standards.
• Manage administrative tasks: daily paperwork, cash control, inventory, and reporting procedures.
• Lead and train staff; maintain a positive, motivating work environment and conduct performance reviews.
• Assist in recruitment to meet staffing needs and ensure regulatory compliance.
