Qualifications

• Completion of high school.

Responsibilities

• Oversee food production to ensure items follow recipes and presentation.
• Maintain guest satisfaction by delivering a consistent dining experience.
• Enforce sanitation policies and maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Handle daily shift operations and cash control.
• Recruiting and supervising hourly staff; manage training programs.
• Develop and mentor management team and ensure professional conduct.
