Qualifications

• Two years of experience as a Restaurant Manager with experience in all areas of restaurant operations.
• Knowledge of guest service, food handling and sanitation.
• ServSafe certification and a valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee food production to ensure items are prepared to recipe and served attractively.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and drive increased guest count and sales.
• Lead shifts and be visible to guests during peak times.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation policies and OSHA standards.
• Complete daily shift paperwork and manage cash controls and inventory.
• Forecast sales and manage labor and operating expenses.
