IHOP is seeking a unit supervisor to direct daily operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and compliance with SOPs. You will support budgeting, develop staff relationships, and implement training programs for hourly employees to uplift operations.

The role requires coordinating with the General Manager to meet objectives, manage supplies, and ensure safety and sanitation standards across the unit.

Qualificações

• Must have English reading/speaking ability and be able to communicate with guests and team members.
• Experience in hospitality or food-service supervision preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret SOPs and safety policies.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in achieving budgeted sales and profits.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with IHOP employees and guests.
• Implement Craft Training programs for hourly employees to improve operations and guest experience.
• Assist in executing annual objectives for the unit per IHOP SOPs and operations plan.
