Qualifications

• High school diploma; technical school preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in restaurant/food service with 2 years in leadership.
• Able to obtain alcohol awareness certification (e.g., ServSafe).

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day unit operations with focus on cost, revenue, labor and inventory control.
• Supervise unit employees; delegate duties; ensure cleanliness and maintenance.
• Maintain quality control records and comply with standards and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with company, brand, franchise standards and regulatory agencies.
• Operate unit in line with airport requirements and oversee proper safety practices.
• Support recruiting, training, and performance reviews; manage associate relations.
• Coordinate with maintenance for equipment upkeep and replacements.
• Uphold food safety and hygiene standards; perform other duties as assigned.
