Job summary

You will supervise staff, coach and train team members, uphold safety and sanitation standards, and ensure compliance with brand, company and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; technical training in restaurant management preferred.
• Experience with P&L and revenue/labor tracking.
• Knowledge of food safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day unit operations to monitor cost, revenue, labor and inventory.
• Supervise unit staff, assign duties and maintain cleanliness.
• Maintain quality control records and food safety compliance.
• Ensure adherence to brand standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with maintenance, training, and recruitment as needed.
• Support performance reviews and associate relations.
