Job summary

Concessions Intl Brand seeks an accomplished Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, control costs, and ensure superior guest service in a fast-paced venue. You will supervise assistant managers, review P&L performance, train staff, and enforce safety and quality standards across all product and service areas to meet brand expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or equivalent, or 3–5 years in restaurant management.
• Knowledge of a food/beverage-based business model and ability to analyze P&L.
• Ability to select, train, and motivate associates and maintain service standards.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and effectively communicate with staff and customers.
• Must obtain ServSafe Food Safety or alcohol awareness certification.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day operations of unit performance, costs, revenue, labor, and inventory.
• Supervises Assistant Managers and assigns duties to ensure proper staffing.
• Reviews P&L and reports, provides analysis to management.
• Maintains quality control, QA programs, and loss prevention policies.
• Ensures compliance with brand standards and regulatory requirements.
• Oversees recruitment, selection, and promotion of staff; manages performance reviews.
• Maintains effective communication and positive associate relations; runs incentive programs.
• Oversees training and development to deliver superior guest service.
• Operates in accordance with airport requirements and maintains awareness of activity.
• Works with maintenance to inspect and replace equipment; ensures facilities upkeep.
• Follows safe food handling and workplace safety standards.
