Job summary

The role requires overseeing staff, ensuring cleanliness, and maintaining QA and safety programs. Candidates should have a strong hospitality background with leadership experience and ServSafe/alcohol certification eligibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; technical school program in restaurant management preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years in restaurant/food service with 2 years in leadership roles.
• Must be able to obtain alcohol awareness and ServSafe certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day unit operations with focus on cost, revenue, labor and inventory control.
• Supervise unit employees, assign duties and ensure cleanliness and maintenance.
• Maintain quality control records, QA, loss prevention, and cleaning programs.
• Ensure compliance with company, brand/franchise and regulatory standards.
• Operate the unit in line with airport requirements and monitor activity.
• Foster positive associate relations, handle disciplinary actions and performance reviews.
