Qualifications

• 2-3 years of practical restaurant experience preferred.
• BA/BS in hotel/restaurant management is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Commit to hospitality and high-quality guest experience.
• Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant and make final decisions on matters of importance to the guest experience.
• Manage shifts including scheduling, planning while upholding standards, product quality and cleanliness.
• Handle the pressures of coordinating a wide range of activities and recommend solutions to problems.
• Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs.
• Maintain the restaurant image, cleanliness, proper uniforms, appearance and atmosphere.
• Ensure a safe working and guest environment to reduce risk of injury and accidents.
• Complete accident reports promptly when a guest or employee is injured.
• Run high-volume stores successfully.
• Help to create the systems, structure, and tools to support growth.
• Has an entrepreneurial spirit—bring ideas and a point of view to the table, not just execution.
• Possess leadership skills to teach, coach and develop a large team.
• Interview hourly employees: direct hiring, supervision, development and termination.
• Ensure positive guest service in all areas.
• Respond to complaints, taking appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests.
