Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years of practical restaurant management, strong communication skills, and a passion for guest service. BA/BS in hotel/restaurant management is desirable.

Qualifications

• Prior high-volume management experience required.
• Dependable, detail-obsessed, and open to constructive feedback.
• Ability to juggle multiple competing priorities daily.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (1:1 and group).
• Desire and natural ability to engage guests with strong service.
