Qualifications

• 5 years of high-volume restaurant experience preferred.
• BA/BS in hotel/restaurant management is desirable.
• Strong leadership, communication, and guest-service focus.
• Ability to manage scheduling, costs, and inventory to maximize profits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and final decisions affecting guest experience.
• Lead staffing, scheduling, training and performance management.
• Monitor food and beverage costs, inventory, and ordering with a focus on profitability.
• Uphold standards for product quality, cleanliness and service levels.
• Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with company policies.
• Communicate with Regional Director and drive growth initiatives.
