Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ of practical restaurant experience preferred.
• BA/BS degree in hotel/restaurant management is desirable.
• Strong leadership and guest service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and guest experience.
• Manage staff scheduling, performance and development.
• Control costs including food, beverage, supplies, utilities and labor where applicable.
• Maintain restaurant standards of cleanliness, safety and appearance.
• Hire, train and develop a large team; coach and mentor staff.
