Job summary

Church’s Chicken is seeking an Assistant General Restaurant Manager to work under the Restaurant General Manager, handling hands-on daily operations and assisting in executing Church’s initiatives and profitability plans.

The ARGM will help in staffing, training, inventory, compliance, and delivering high-quality products daily. This role emphasizes guest satisfaction and adherence to all policies across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in the restaurant industry.
• ServSafe food safety training is recommended.

Responsibilities

• Assist RGM in ensuring all employees are trained.
• Assist in maintaining staffing levels and weekly schedules.
• Support staff during high volume periods.
• Complete administrative paperwork promptly.
• Analyze profit and loss statements and help meet sales plans.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation standards.
• Maintain clean facilities and high product quality across shifts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
