Job summary

Church's Chicken is seeking an Assistant General Restaurant Manager. You will work under the Restaurant General Manager to manage day-to-day operations, execute Church’s initiatives, and help achieve sales and profitability goals.

In this role you’ll oversee banking and administrative tasks while ensuring high-quality food and service. You will train staff, help with scheduling, and support during peak periods while ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of supervisory restaurant experience preferred.
• ServSafe food safety training is highly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Assist RGM in training all employees.
• Assist in staffing and weekly scheduling.
• Help during high volume periods.
• Handle paperwork timely and accurately.
