Job summary

Harri.com is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor in our Restaurant Operations team. This role supports the General Manager and store leadership to achieve business goals through operations, quality, sanitation, crew management, and cost control.

The candidate must be able to work varied shifts and holidays. The ideal applicant will have a high school diploma, 1+ year as a team leader in food or retail, strong communication skills, high energy, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Completed at least high school education.
• At least 1-year experience as a Team Leader in food or retail sectors.
• Ability to work varying schedules and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literacy in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant GM/Store Management Team in achieving store goals.
• Implement assigned Product/Service Quality or Cleanliness & Sanitation programs.
• Carry out assigned Crew Management activities.
• Execute assigned Cost Management activities.
• Manage operations of assigned Packaged Program.
