Harri is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor in New Jersey for a part-time or full-time permanent role. The successful candidate will support the Restaurant General Manager and store leadership in achieving business goals through operations, quality, crew management, and cost control initiatives.

Requirements include a high school diploma and at least 1 year of team leadership experience in food/retail, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school education completed.
• At least 1 year experience as a Team Leader in a food or retail setting.
• Willing to work varied schedules including holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
