High school diploma or GED required; 2–4 years related experience preferred.
Ability to speak and read English; write routine reports.
Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

Assist in achieving budgeted sales and profits.
Develop professional relationships with IHOP employees and guests.
Implement Craft Training for hourly staff to improve operations and guest experience.
Assist in executing annual objectives for finances, marketing, guest service and HR.
Comply with federal, state and local regulations governing the unit.
Assist in recruiting, training and retention of employees per SOP and plans.
Ensure adequate supplies and proper operation of equipment; maintain safety and cleanliness.
Complete required reports and paperwork; perform other duties as assigned.
