Responsibilities

• Assist in achieving budgeted sales and profits.
• Develop professional relations with employees and guests.
• Implement Craft Training for hourly staff to improve operations.
• Contribute to annual financial, local marketing, guest service and HR objectives per SOP.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
• Assist in recruiting, training and retention of employees.
• Ensure adequate supplies and proper equipment condition.
• Maintain safety, sanitation and security per SOP.
• Complete required reports and paperwork.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
