Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2–4 years of related experience or an equivalent combination.
• Ability to speak and read English, interpret safety and operating instructions, and write routine reports.
• Valid Driver’s License required to drive on company business.
• Certification through IHOP training courses is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in achieving budgeted sales and profits.
• Develop professional working relationships with IHOP employees and guests.
• Implement Craft Training program for hourly employees to improve operations and guest experience.
• Assist in executing annual financial, local restaurant marketing, guest service and HR objectives per IHOP SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and SOPs for the unit.
• Recruit, train and retain employees as defined by SOPs and operations plan.
• Maintain adequate supplies and proper operation of equipment and facilities.
• Support safety, sanitation, security, and reporting requirements.
