Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 2–4 years related experience or training.
• Ability to speak, read English; interpret documents such as safety rules and procedures.
• Certifications through assigned IHOP training courses.

Responsibilities

• Assist in achieving budgeted sales and profits.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with employees and guests.
• Implement Craft Training program for all restaurant hourly employees.
• Assist in executing financial, marketing, guest service and HR objectives for the unit.
• Ensure supplies and equipment are in proper condition and compliant with SOP.
