Job summary

Pizza Hut Wyandotte seeks a proactive AGM/shift leader to manage restaurant operations during assigned shifts and in the absence of the RGM. You will coach Team Members, train staff, and help drive sales and profitability through hands-on leadership and staff development.

Responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, safety compliance, and executing local marketing initiatives while developing a strong, customer-focused team for long-term growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of work experience in food service or related industry.
• CHAMPS Certification completed.
• Developing Champions Certification for Leading a Restaurant in Manager's Absence.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in the restaurant during shifts, motivate staff and train team members.
• Lead hands-on operations, respond to customer needs, and model optimal behavior.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly sales and margin targets through planning and action.
• Support RGM with staffing, scheduling, and action plans to address issues.
• Ensure safety, health codes, and company policies are followed.
• Develop relationships with suppliers, franchisees and corporate contacts.
