Job summary

Qualifications

• Developing Champions Certification for 'Leading a Restaurant in Manager's Absence'.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Shift Leaders and Team Members to achieve operational excellence.
• Hands-on operational work to train employees and model behaviours.
• Commit to safety, cleanliness and company policies.
• Manage labor, inventory, and supplies; assist with staffing plans.
• Supervise and coordinate team activities for efficiency.
• Analyze sales, labor and inventory to drive margin and growth.
• Assist in financial planning and action plans for store issues.
• Support local restaurant marketing and product rollouts.
