Job summary

• Manage labor, inventory, and supplies while developing the restaurant team.
• Supervise and coordinate team efforts to ensure smooth operations.
• Analyze sales, labour, and controllables to meet margin and sales targets.
• Assist RGM in preparing financial plans and action plans for in-store issues.
• Ensure safety, health codes, and company policies are followed.
• Recruit and develop Team Members, Shift Leaders, and Shift Managers.
