SONIC Drive-In is seeking an Assistant Manager in a fast-paced drive-in setting. You will support the General Manager in daily operations, train staff, and help maintain quality food, safety, and a welcoming guest experience.

You’ll oversee shifts, monitor staffing, and ensure adherence to policies while promoting excellent customer service. This role requires flexibility for irregular hours, including nights and weekends, and prior restaurant management or retail supervisory experience.

Formación

• Minimum of six months of restaurant management experience (QSR) or one year entry level retail management experience required.
• Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Effective communication and basic math, reading and computer skills.
• Ability to follow directions and work with autonomy; multi-task and solve problems.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the General Manager in managing drive-in operations.
• Train and support other employees to ensure quality food in a clean, safe and efficient manner.
