Diversified Restaurant Group (DRG) seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead shifts, coach team members, and uphold brand standards at a Taco Bell location in Boulder City, NV. You will partner with the GM on staffing, safety compliance, guest satisfaction, and financial performance.

We value proactive leaders with 2+ years of restaurant leadership, a high school diploma, ServSafe certification, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant leadership on all shifts
• ServSafe Certification required
• Must be 18 years or older and have reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to complete tasks on time while ensuring quality
• Coach and motivate team members and shift managers
• Prioritize health and safety per OSHA rules
• Assist in training and development plans for leadership roles
• Collaborate with GM on staffing and onboarding
• Support GM in achieving restaurant financial goals
• Maintain 5-star customer service and guest satisfaction
• Assist GM with daily restaurant operations
