Job summary

Diversified Restaurant Group (DRG) seeks an Assistant General Manager for a Las Vegas area Taco Bell restaurant. The AGM supports the GM to maintain brand standards and drive operational excellence. This role emphasizes leadership, training, and a customer-first approach across all shifts.

Candidates should have 2+ years in restaurant leadership, a high school diploma or equivalent, and ServSafe certification. Health card and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of restaurant leadership across all shifts.
• Must pass ServSafe Certification and maintain a health card.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to ensure timely completion of tasks with quality.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members to prioritize customer experience.
• Prioritize health and safety in line with OSHA regulations.
• Train and develop staff pursuing leadership roles.
• Collaborate on recruiting, onboarding, and creating a welcoming environment.
• Support GM in achieving restaurant financial goals.
• Deliver 5-star service to customers and assist in daily operations.
