Job summary

Diversified Restaurant Group (DRG) is seeking an Assistant General Manager for a Taco Bell location. You will lead shifts, coach staff, and ensure safety and quality. You’ll support the GM in staffing, development, and achieving financial goals while delivering a 5-star customer experience.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in restaurant leadership, English proficiency, and ServSafe certification. This role requires an 18+ age minimum and a strong focus on franchise standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least 2 years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts.
• Ability to read, speak, and write in English.
• Must pass the ServSafe Certification Course and Exam and maintain a current health card per local/state requirements.
• Reliable transportation, clear criminal background check, and acceptable MVR.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to ensure timely task completion with quality assurance.
• Coach and motivate team members and shift managers to prioritize customer experience.
• Prioritize health and safety and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Train and develop associates aiming for leadership roles and create development plans.
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and staffing with the General Manager.
• Support the GM in achieving restaurant financial goals and performance.
• Provide 5-star customer service and maintain brand standards across all shifts.
