Diversified Restaurant Group (DRG) seeks an experienced General Manager for a Taco Bell unit in Nevada. You will mentor a team, drive operational excellence, and manage profitability while upholding DRG values and a superior guest experience.

Lead with integrity, provide training opportunities, and maintain compliance with policies and health/safety standards. This role demands flexibility, strong leadership, and a focus on delivering world-class service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years of restaurant experience with proven leadership.
• Must pass the SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam.
• Clear criminal background check and acceptable MVR.
• Average 45-hour work week with flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays).
