Job summary

Diversified Restaurant Group (DRG) is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) for a Taco Bell location in Reno to support the General Manager and area leadership, ensuring smooth operations and strong brand standards. The AGM leads shifts, coaches teams, drives safety and onboarding, trains future leaders, and partners with the GM to meet financial goals while delivering 5-star customer experiences.

Requirements: 18+, 2+ years restaurant leadership, ServSafe certification, English fluency,

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2+ years restaurant leadership on all shifts.
• English reading, speaking and writing proficiency.
• Must pass ServSafe Certification Course and Exam and maintain health card per local/state requirements.
• Reliable transportation and clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to complete operational tasks with quality assurance.
• Coach, motivate, and develop team members and shift managers.
• Prioritize safety and regulatory compliance (OSHA).
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding and training leadership candidates.
• Support GM in achieving restaurant financial goals and customer experience.
• Provide 5-star service and uphold brand standards.
