Job summary

Diversified Restaurant Group (DRG) seeks an Assistant General Manager for a Taco Bell location. The AGM will support the GM in daily restaurant operations and help drive exceptional customer service, safety, and financial performance.

The role emphasizes leadership across shifts, training and onboarding, and maintaining brand standards while delivering a superior guest experience. A strong safety mindset and Thorough ServSafe certification are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant leadership across all shifts.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, speak, and write in English.
• ServSafe Certification required and current health card per local/state requirements.
• Reliable transportation with clear criminal background check and MVR.
• Average 45-hour work week with flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining quality.
• Coach and motivate team members and shift managers to succeed and prioritize the customer experience.
• Prioritize health and safety and ensure adherence to OSHA regulations.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires; support development plans.
• Support the GM in achieving the restaurant’s financial goals and delivering 5-star customer service.
• Ensure operation aligns with brand standards and maintains safety procedures.
