Job summary

Diversified Restaurant Group (DRG) is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) for a Taco Bell location. The AGM will support the GM in daily restaurant operations, lead shifts, coach staff, and uphold brand standards to deliver a superior guest experience.

The role requires 2+ years of leadership in food service, ServSafe certification, and strong problem-solving skills. A high school diploma and fluent English are required, with health card and MVR/background checks expected.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least 2 years of restaurant leadership experience across all shifts.
• Able to read, speak, and write in English; health/safety requirements as per local rules.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining quality standards.
• Coach and motivate team members and shift managers to deliver top customer experience.
• Support GM in reaching financial goals and executing store initiatives.
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and development of staff and leadership candidates.
• Ensure health and safety compliance consistent with OSHA regulations.
