Diversified Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager for a Taco Bell unit in Boulder City, NV. You will mentor and lead a team, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and drive profitability through disciplined operations.

The role requires 2+ years of restaurant leadership, SERV Safe certification, and availability for nights and weekends. You will shape culture, lead training, and ensure compliance across the operation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years of restaurant experience with proven leadership ability.
• Must pass the SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam.
• Maintain current health card in adherence with local/state requirements.
• Average 45-hour work week with flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Reliable transportation, clear criminal background check, and an acceptable MVR.

Responsibilities

• Team Development: identify, train and mentor high-potential staff to leadership roles.
• Operational Excellence: deliver world-class service, clean restaurants and strong financials.
• P&L Management: maintain strong financials and control costs to maximize profitability.
• Leadership: liaise between upper management and staff with an open-door policy.
• Training & Development: conduct ongoing workshops and provide real-time feedback.
• Culture & Values: reinforce DRG culture, promote inclusivity and a respectful atmosphere.
• Compliance: enforce adherence to policies, procedures and local regulations.
