Diversified Restaurant Group (DRG) is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead shifts, coach teams, and uphold brand standards at our Taco Bell locations in California. The AGM supports the GM, ensures daily operations run smoothly, and delivers exceptional customer service while driving performance and safety.

The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and capable of managing people across multiple shifts, with a focus on development and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least 2 years of restaurant leadership on all shifts.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, speak, and write in English.
• Must pass the ServSafe Certification Course and Exam.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Coach and motivate team members and shift managers.
• Prioritize health and safety and OSHA compliance.
• Assist in training and development of rising leaders.
• Support GM in achieving financial goals.
• Provide 5-star service to customers and ensure satisfaction.
