Job summary

IHOP in United States, Arizona (Yuma) seeks a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and drive guest satisfaction. You will supervise craft employees, implement training programs, and coordinate with the General Manager to meet financial and service objectives.

Required is a high school diploma or GED with 2–4 years of related experience. A valid driver’s license and IHOP training certification are preferred. This role requires on-site work in the unit.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two to four years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs the operation unit by achieving budgeted sales and profits, and by maintaining professional relationships with IHOP employees and guests.
• Implement Craft Training program for all restaurant hourly employees to improve unit operations and guest experience.
• Assist in the execution of annual financial, local restaurant marketing, guest service and human resource objectives, strategies and tactics.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations; assist in recruitment, training and retention of employees.
• Ensure adequate levels of supplies and proper operational condition of equipment, building, and premises.
• Ensure safety, sanitation and security practices and complete required reports.
