IHOP in Chandler, AZ seeks an experienced operations supervisor to lead the restaurant team, ensure guest satisfaction, and drive profitability. You will train and develop hourly staff, implement SOPs, and collaborate with management to achieve financial and service objectives.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and 2–4 years of related experience. A valid driver’s license and IHOP training certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2–4 years related experience or equivalent.
• Ability to speak and read English and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to write routine reports and communicate effectively with guests and staff.
• Ability to speak before groups of guests or employees.
• Certification through IHOP training courses.

Responsabilités

• Direct the operation unit by managing duties and ensuring objectives are met.
• Assist in achieving budgeted sales and profits.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with IHOP employees and guests.
• Implement Craft Training programs for hourly staff to improve operations and guest experience.
• Assist in executing annual financial, marketing, guest service, and HR objectives per SOP.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and SOP.
• Assist in recruitment, training, and retention of employees.
• Maintain adequate levels of supplies and ensure equipment and premises are in proper condition.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and security practices per SOP.
• Complete required reports and perform other duties as assigned.
