Wendy's Oklahoma City location seeks a Shift Manager to lead daily operations, open and close the restaurant, and uphold food safety, quality, and customer service standards.

You will supervise crew and Team Trainers, coordinate schedules, train staff, manage cash handling, and ensure a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for guests and employees. ServSafe certification by end of training is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 6 months or more of restaurant, retail, customer service or equivalent experience.
• Certification for Open/Close Shift Manager required; ServSafe certification by end of training.

Responsabilités

• Lead opening/closing procedures and ensure readiness for rush periods.
• Supervise crew and Team Trainers to maximize retention and service quality.
• Oversee cash handling, walk-throughs, and adherence to company policies.
