Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 18 years old and available for full-time shifts.
• 6+ months of restaurant or customer service experience.
• ServSafe certification to be obtained by end of training.

Responsibilities

• Train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures for crew.
• Act as Cash Manager; set up cash at opening and verify at close.
• Perform walk-throughs to ensure readiness to open/close or rush.
• Supervise crew and Trainers; lead team huddles and meetings.
• Ensure quality, production and service standards and safety.
