Job summary

Wendy's in the United States is seeking a Shift Manager to supervise daily operations and lead a high-performing team. You will train crew on food safety, manage cash handling, and coordinate shift coverage to meet service standards.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
6 months or more of restaurant, retail, customer service focused experience.
Ability to multi-task while maintaining composure in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

Train, monitor and reinforce food safety procedures for crew members.
Act as Cash Manager including setting up cash registers and verifying cash at close.
Open/close the restaurant and ensure readiness for rush periods.
Supervise crew members and Team Trainers to maximize retention.
Ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures to delight every customer.
Assist with scheduling to maintain proper coverage and service standards.
Lead shift-specific procedures and partner with management to optimize efficiency.
