Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee opening and closing duties and ensure daily operations.
• Train and supervise crew and Team Trainers; conduct team huddles and manager meetings.
• Ensure food safety procedures are followed by crew members.
• Manage cash operations and verify cash at close.
• Schedule staff to meet service standards and guest needs.
• Address VOC issues and maintain a safe, productive work environment.
