Job summary

• Perform walk-through to ensure restaurant is ready to open/close.
• Supervise crew members and Team Trainers to maximize retention.
• Coordinate and delegate execution of operations tasks; ensure policy compliance.
• Help maintain coverage via crew schedules to meet service standards.
• Follow up and ensure resolution of VOC issues as needed.
• Onboard new hires in Workday.
