You will lead a team, ensure policy adherence, and help achieve sales goals, with a focus on guest satisfaction and brand consistency across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Must have 1 year of supervisory experience in the restaurant industry.
• ServSafe food safety training is highly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Restaurant General Manager in ensuring all employees are trained.
• Assists in staffing and weekly scheduling.
• Helps during high volume periods as needed.
• Administers paperwork in a timely manner.
• Analyzes profit and loss statements and helps meet sales plans.
• Maintains and records inventory.
• Enforces company policies and procedures.
• Ensures compliance with all laws and standards.
• Keeps dining area clean and safe daily.
• Delivers high quality products each shift.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
