Jack in the Box, Inc. seeks an experienced operations leader to oversee restaurant activities in alignment with the brand promise. The role emphasizes staffing, training, and maintaining high service standards to drive guest satisfaction and sales growth.

You will partner with the Restaurant Manager, ensure compliance with policies, and lead teams to deliver consistent food quality and a safe, welcoming environment across shifts.

Competenze

• Education: High School Diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent; higher degree preferred.
• Experience: Internal Promote: 1+ year as Shift Leader or 1 year as Assistant Manager; must be 100% certified in all workstations. External Recruit: 3 years as Assistant Manager with some P&L responsibility.

• Internal Service: Recruit, select, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees; monitor staffing; ensure training systems are implemented; foster a friendly, safe restaurant environment; comply with labor laws.
• External Service: Train staff for exceptional guest service and food quality; ensure food safety and cleanliness; respond to guest concerns professionally; maintain brand image.
• Higher Profits: Analyze performance data; develop action plans to increase sales and profitability; monitor costs and budgeting; protect brand.
