You will manage a team, coach performance, and ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance, reporting to the District Manager with a strong focus on SPC and results.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in restaurant management or supervision preferred.
• ServSafe certification required or obtainable during training.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure execution of SPC and Brand Promise.
• Develop and motivate team to deliver excellent guest service and food quality.
• Analyze operations and control costs to drive sales and profits within policy.

Education

High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent

Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
