Lead safe, efficient service, manage staffing, inventory, and guest recovery, and develop future leaders. This role demands hands-on leadership and a passion for people.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of restaurant management experience.
• Lead full shifts including deployment, breaks, and peak-time operations.
• Proven ability to meet KPIs (sales, labor, audits).
• Experience hiring, onboarding, and training team members.
• Documented inventory, ordering, prep, and food safety routines.
• Resolve guest issues with empathy and judgment; maintain brand standards.
• Ensure food safety and health department compliance.

Responsibilities

• Open, manage, and close shifts with inventory and prep sheets.
• Reconcile cash, process deposits, and maintain security.
• Coach and develop shift leads; manage staffing and onboarding.
• Protect speed, quality, and atmosphere across service.
• Ensure dine-in, takeaway, and delivery channel management.
• Lead daily safety and cleanliness practices.
