Job summary

Nando's North America is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead on the floor with the team, shaping service and operations to deliver a consistently warm, efficient experience. You will coach staff, uphold brand standards, and oversee opening, shifts, and closing with a focus on safety, guest satisfaction, and daily performance.

You will recruit, onboard, and develop teammates, manage inventory and food safety routines, and work to hit KPIs while maintaining a positive, inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of restaurant management experience (fast casual, QSR, or full service).
• Demonstrated ability to lead full shifts and meet KPIs (sales, labor, food quality).
• Experience hiring, onboarding, and training team members.
• Documented experience managing inventory, ordering, prep and food safety routines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the team to deliver warm, consistent hospitality and service.
• Uphold standards, manage scheduling, onboarding, and staff development.
• Protect brand standards and ensure a safe, compliant operation.
• Drive sales, control labor, and optimize portions and waste daily.
