Job summary

Nando’s North America is seeking a Restaurant Manager to drive a safe, high‑performing operation on the floor with the team, setting the tone for service and hospitality while preserving the Nando’s experience. You will lead shifts, coach staff, recruit and onboard, manage inventory and food safety, and ensure KPI targets are met.

This role requires 2–3 years of leadership in fast casual settings and a commitment to inclusivity and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of restaurant management experience.
• Ability to lead shifts and manage staff.
• Proven track record delivering KPIs.
• Experience hiring, onboarding, and training.
• Inventory, food safety, and compliance knowledge.
• Strong guest issue resolution and teamwork.
• Education: high school diploma; Serv Safe Manager certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-restaurant operations and staff during shifts.
• Uphold service standards across channels and touchpoints.
• Coach and develop Shift Leads and team members.
• Manage scheduling, onboarding, and ER support.
• Monitor safety, hygiene, and compliance with health codes.
• Protect brand, optimize labor, and manage inventory.
