Job summary

Nando’s North America is seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, coach the team, and uphold the warm hospitality our brand is known for. You’ll manage shifts, ensure safety, and maintain standards across service, drive guest satisfaction, and develop talent to strengthen the restaurant’s performance.

You’ll recruit, onboard, and mentor staff, balance labor with peak demand, and partner with leadership to sustain growth while protecting the guest experience and brand

Qualifications

• Experience leading and coaching restaurant teams to deliver consistent guest experiences.
• Strong focus on people development, safety, and brand standards.
• Proven ability to meet KPIs in sales, labor, and quality.

Responsibilities
