Job summary

Nando's PERi-PERi North America is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead in-store operations with warmth and precision. You will guide the floor, coach the team, and uphold brand standards while ensuring a safe, efficient, and guest‑centered experience.

You will recruit, onboard, and develop team members, protect food safety and inventory controls, and drive sales/labor targets with data‑driven decision making in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of restaurant management experience.
• Ability to lead full shifts, including deployment, breaks, and peak-time operations.
• Proven track record delivering KPIs (sales, labor, food quality, audits, speed).
• Experience hiring, onboarding, and training team members.
• Documented experience managing inventory, ordering, prep, and food safety routines.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-restaurant operations to ensure smooth service, strong guest engagement, and calm, confident direction.
• Manage people processes: hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance signoffs.
• Protect standards in branding, hospitality, and customer recovery throughout shifts.
• Oversee stock, food safety, and cleanliness; ensure compliance with health and brand standards.
• Drive daily/weekly targets, deploy labor effectively, and coach leaders to use dashboards.
